This powerful Extranet offers your destination marketing organization a web application to communicate new business opportunities to your members, keep them informed of important activity within your organization and even allow them to update their profile web publication listing online. Member/Partner contact info is stored within D3000 where the CVB can control the rights of access for each contact. Partner contacts can then log in to a secure area of the CVB website to view and respond to sales leads online, with the responses being tracked back to the booking record in D3000. Within this same Extranet, Members/Partners can also update their publication and website listings, COE listings, edit and manage special offers and gift packages, update business information and contact information as well. All Member/Partner updates to this information are submitted into a holding tank in Destination 3000 to pend appropriate CVB personelle approval.

Meeting Planner Extranet & Online RFP Form
Managing the complex meeting/convention sales process requires a tool that the meeting planner can utilize to not only submit RFPs to the CVB but also easily review and compare hotel proposals as they are being coordinated by your organization. Our Meeting Planner Extranet offers both of these features. Meeting Planners can fill out the online RFP form on the CVB website. This RFP converts into a new booking within the convention sales module without any data entry required on the part of the CVB. Once submitted, this RFP can be converted to a lead to be distributed to a custom set of properties that meet the Meeting Planner's requirements. As hotels respond to these leads, meeting planners have 24/7 access to the Extranet to view up to date hotel responses to their pending RFPs. The meeting planner can easily compare properties, download proposals and submit their feedback about the properties they're considering directly into Destination 3000. The Meeting Planner's response can easily be forwarded to the partner properties Extranet page, streamlining the entire RFP! The Meeting Planner RFP form can also be broken out as a separate solution should the CVB not need the Extranet functionality.

Member/Partner Online Directories
This powerful solution enables the Member/Partner listings on your website to be driven by the listings and search criteria in Destination 3000. All Member/Partner Directories are fully customizable to meet the unique needs of your organization and are directly integrated with the Destination 3000 system to enable real time updates of approved member content and images on your web site.

These directories offer flexible search forms enabling the site visitor to find members/partners that meet their needs. Selected listings can then be added to a custom itinerary planner or output into "printer friendly" format.

Because all of this information is pulling directly from Destination 3000, you are in complete control of content that is displayed on your site. In addition, information regarding click-throughs and page views can be passed back to the partner's record in Destination 3000.

Visitor Inquiry/Travel Industry Marketing/PR&Media Online Request Forms
SMI offers a variety of online Request for Proposal forms that can be easily implemented on your website to enable real-time processing of customer requests. These forms enable your DMO to quickly capture new leads and process them for prompt follow up. We offer custom forms to capture online visitor inquiry requests, Travel Industry Marketing requests and PR/Journalist requests for press kits. These requests come directly into Destination 3000 for processing.

Calendar of Events & Online Convention Calendar
The online calendar of events solution is a searchable directory of local events. Website visitors can search for events by date, location or event type. Events of interest can be added to a custom itinerary planner or output into "printer friendly" format. CVB personelle simply enter COE data into Destination 3000 one time and select whether or not the event should display on the website.

The online Convention Calendar solution works in a similar fashion, CVB sales staff have the ability to mark bookings within Destination 3000 to be displayed on the public convention calendar. This calanedar is then displayed on the website.

Online Media Room
Finally, a solution that encompasses all that you need to successfully meet the demands of Journalists and PR contacts. This online media room offers images for download, story ideas, press clippings, fact sheets, suggested itineraries and more for Journalists to download and utilize to help build their stories about your destination. All downloads and requests are automatically tracked back to the appropriate PR record in Destination 3000, along with press kit requests for processing and more.
