  • Destination 3000 includes out-of-the-box custom-configurable dashboards for the sales, industry partner and visitor inquiry modules of the system. Individual end-users can view their personal dashboard from the home screen of D3000, giving them vital statistics such as their personal definite room-nights year-to-date based against their individual goals, their trace activity for the year and more.
  • The dedicated dashboard module accessible off the D3000 home screen (as pictured below) lets users review their department’s overall health and vital statistics for the year via a variety of gauges and charts.

Standard Reporting:

  • Standard D3000 v.6 reporting features over 50 reporting templates built into the system for the DMO to use to analyze their critical data for all modules; including roomnights reports, booking reports, economic impact reports, account profiles, invoicing reports, visitor inquiry/consumer demographic trend analysis reports and much more.

  • The new optional integrated Ad Hoc reporting engine for D3000 v.6 enables the DMO to generate unlimited custom reports, using visually appealing graphs, pie charts, bar graphs and gauges and more, using any number of data sources (tables) and fields available within the application.
  • Reports can be generated using cross-module data.
  • Automated report distribution allows for scheduling of important reports and dashboards to go to the right people at the right time. Schedule reports for automatic distribution to your CEO, Board of Directors and more.
