FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Destinations Continue to Select Destination 3000 as their Central Business Management System for Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
( Pittsburgh , PA -October 3, 2007 ) Software Management, Inc. (SMI), a provider of sales, marketing and web technology to the destination industry, announced today that the adoption rate of their new release for the destination marketing industry, Destination 3000 , continues to show momentum, as our dedicated customer base re-commits to their partnerships with SMI and new cities join the Destination 3000 community of users.
Destination 3000 Version 5, the company's flagship product, is now in use by most of the top travel and convention destinations in the United States. In 2007 alone, SMI has installed or will be installing the new release in the following cities: New Orleans, Atlantic City, Washington DC, Chicago, Phoenix and Calgary. The Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau has also just signed Agreements to upgrade to Version 5 in early 2008.
A true testament to the flexibility and affordability of Destination 3000 is the simultaneous adoption rate this year by smaller Destination Marketing Organizations. An earlier press release announced that we received signed Agreements from smaller organizations like Syracuse, NY and Cape Fear, NC that also wish to take advantage of the power and efficiency offered by centralizing their data intelligence in the Destination 3000 system joining Greenville, Alabama Gulf Shores, Greenbrier, Montgomery and many others.
Informz for Destination 3000 , the integrated e-Marketing system offered to SMI customers, has now been installed in Seattle, Chicago, Orlando, Cincinnati, Milwaukee, New Orleans, Greenville, Palm Beach and several other CVB's and other organizations. This add-on full suite of e-marketing tools is rapidly becoming the go-to system to address a CVB's e-marketing needs. The system is also fully integrated with Destination 3000, so that real-time metrics such as open rates, click thru's, survey results and more are instantly recorded in the customer record in Destination 3000.
Finally, SMI's Destination 3000 Web Solutions continues to lead the way for complete web site integration solutions available to the destination marketing industry having now been installed in such CVB's as Orlando, Chicago, Kansas City, Phoenix, New Orleans, Jacksonville, Saginaw Valley and more. These solutions allow the CVB to leverage their D3000 content to their web site and also capture important client and consumer information directly from the web site into D3000, such as RFP's, visitor requests, Member/Partner publication and event listings and more.
