Kansas City CVA Web Site Offers New Online Media Room Powered by Destination 3000.
(Pittsburgh, PA and Kansas City , MO- June 21, 2007) Software Management, Inc. (SMI) announced today the successful implementation of a dynamic Online Media Room at www.visitkc.com powered by Destination 3000, the industry leading sales and customer relationship management application for destination marketing organizations.
The Kansas City Convention Visitors Association retained SMI to develop and implement this site resource for use by journalists covering Kansas City as a travel, convention/ meeting, or special events destination. This section of the site is controlled by their Destination 3000 application. Destination 3000, provided by SMI, is the CVA's central business management system for all of their sales and customer relationship management efforts and manages all of the dynamic content for the CVA's web site.
The online media room offers access to a variety of resources to assist journalists interested in writing about Kansas City . A searchable image library provides print and web ready images, all available for download after registering on the site. Destination 3000 offers tools to analyze image usage; enabling the CVA to regularly refine their library offerings based on media demand. The Story Ideas section offers fresh information about all of the exciting happenings in the city and the press release section displays all of the recent press announcements issued to the media.
