The CCTB is located in the McCormick Place complex, but we work on different systems. Software Management was eager to help us try to find a way to integrate the two systems so we could streamline communications. They have also developed a system to connect with hotels and vendors despite interface differences. Software Management is intent on finding a way to develop targeted solutions.

After looking at several applications, Software Management is by far the best solution for us. Software Management has done a great job meeting our needs and those of an industry that, for the most part, is specialized. The ability to work with us, to determine our needs and find a way to meet them with tailored solutions is what sets Software Management apart. I definitely can say without hesitation that our sales efforts would not be as streamlined if not for the assistance of D3000, nor would we have had the scalability as the world of marketing and sales changed over time.

For a $3.5 million dollar CVB, the purchase of a new software program like D-3000 is a huge investment. Our ability to convince the Duval Tourist Development Council for additional large investment of dollars outside our traditional budget was a process we took very seriously.

Through the RFP process our CVB team qualified your software to be the best application, and both of you did a nice job in presenting the product. The most satisfying result for a leader of any organization is to provide their team with the tools they need to be successful. D-3000 in the first week of training already is demonstrating that it is an effective tool.

It is nice to know that in this day and age of over promising and under delivering that D-3000 is a solid product.

Again, I just want to thank you for a Wow customer experience. What a powerful testimonial to your product and company that you provided a Wow experience during training, we all know the realities of how difficult and arduous training is for many people, and you even made that pleasant.

Tourism Calgary has utilized technology tools from SMI since 1993. In the past 13 years of our partnership, SMI solutions have proven to be flexible and modifiable to meet the evolving needs of our demanding business. We have even researched our options over the years to consider other suppliers and have consistently returned to the same conclusion; Destination 3000 and SMI are the best fit for Tourism Calgary's technology needs.

In our history of working together, SMI has provided us with the business applications and Internet solutions that we need to quickly and efficiently manage business opportunities for our destination. The Destination 3000 system has streamlined the communication process so that no issues fall through the cracks and our team can be sure that we are allocating our resources in the most efficient manner to meet the needs of our current and prospective customers.

SMI's project management skills and knowledgeable consultative team have proven invaluable in maximizing our on-going partnership with SMI. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is instrumental to the success of our technology initiatives.

After an extensive search for a single source solution, the Orlando CVB purchased Software Management, Inc.'s Destination 3000 product in the summer of 2003. Prior to the purchase, the CVB's numerous client databases (e.g. members, media, meeting planners, travel agents and tour operators) were housed in separate contact management systems. We knew the conversion of our more than 35,000 client records and associated historical information would be a significant undertaking for any company. The SMI technical department worked tirelessly during the conversion of our client records to ensure outstanding data integrity in D3000.

Since the conversion, SMI's client support team has worked hand-in-hand with our organization to tweak and further enhance the system to meet our CVB's specific needs. The client support team possesses an excellent understanding of the CVB business model. As a result, when enhancements to the system are needed, development time is not wasted "explaining our business."

Through our work together over the past several years, the combined CVB and SMI teams have developed an excellent working relationship. While technically our vendor, SMI has become a valued business partner. Their support complements our ability to best serve the needs of our clients. We look forward to continuing our relationship with SMI into the future!

The Saginaw County Convention & Visitors Bureau was pleased with our original decision to invest into Destination 3000 software. But more importantly, our organization remains excited about Destination 3000. This excitement is due to the support team at SMI. Team members have traveled to our location to gain understanding of our organization's needs. They willingly and enthusiastically participated in the creative discussions regarding how Destination 3000 could best respond to our needs and have been open to unique requests for support services.

The Saginaw County Convention & Visitors Bureau is investing in a new web site that will use Destination 3000 as the underpinning. We remain fully confident that this software system will provide both the internal (constituent) and external (consumer) communication solution required for tourism in Michigan's Saginaw Valley to flourish. In other words, "these guys rock"
